Laura Marucci is a licensed Physical Therapist and received her board certification in Orthopedics from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2007. Laura received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Boston University.
She began her career on Long Island, where she grew up, and continued practicing in Greenwich, CT for nine years at an outpatient sports medicine clinic. Laura enjoys treating all musculoskeletal injuries and particularly enjoys using manual therapy to restore joint and soft tissue motion. She has taken over 500 hours of continuing education with a focus on manual therapy and evidenced based medicine. The majority of her manual therapy coursework has been completed through the Institute of Physical Art. Currently, Laura is pursuing a certification in Craniomandibular, Head, Neck and Facial Pain through the University of St. Augustine.
When Laura is not practicing Physical Therapy she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
